The First Cell above has the a Heading: “Name”. The Information in this Cell is being used to categorize the Information in the Column below it. If the Top Cells of the File are filled with Headings, then be sure the first Radio Button, “First Row Contains Header Information (First Row Will Not Be Printed)”, is selected.
It is very possible that the File could have no Headings and the First Cells would simply start with Address Information. Be sure to click on the second Radio Button, “First Row Does Not Contain Header Information (First Row Will Be Printed)”, if the File is set up this way. Below is the suggested order the Address Information should be organized:
