You truly exemplify the excellent customer service we always hope for, but don’t always receive, when we place online orders. A large part of our satisfaction is the direct result of your decision to communicate early and often after receipt of the order, and to share information pertinent to production, preparation and delivery, leaving no area of possible concern unaddressed.
Too often, with other online vendors, we’ve wondered whether our order was even received, whether it was accurately entered into an order system, and whether any live human person even was associated with the order/attempted purchase. Follow up calls to inquire about the status of late delivery, missing product or promised and undelivered items often meet the dreaded automated run-around with interminable hold, transfers throughout the organization and, usually, no satisfaction.
Keep up the good work! You are a paragon of excellent service and Superior Labels (what an appropriate name!) will remain on our preferred vendor list, as well as on our list of referrals to family and friends.

Just wanted to tell you I recently ordered my first order of address labels from you. My husband, daughter and I relocated and I needed/wanted new ones, so I did a Google search and found Superior Labels.

I just finished your Bizrate survey but I thought I would take the time to send you this email as well. I just have to say that I love using your company! I have ordered in the past and get such positive comments all the time on the labels I have chosen. I volunteer for scouting in Canada and also for a local Community Theatre and the graphics for those labels that I have to choose from are awesome as well as the ones for my own address. So many people have told me that receiving something in the mail with the address labels on them from me always brings a smile to their face. You deliver exactly what you promise, you do it on time and in a timely fashion, and everything about your website and company shows that you really do seem to care about producing a quality product. And you deliver to Canada, which so many companies don't and I appreciate that. We are very close neighbours after all, not on the other side of the world!
I would like you to pass along my thanks to every one of your employees. From the people that design the graphics, to the order takers to the mail room staff. I appreciate the time and effort that they put in to send me something that I really like. It's sometimes hard to be proud of your job if it isn't considered glamourous or sexy, but they should be proud of delivering a great product and I want them to know that they are appreciated! I would like to let you know I am very pleased with my labels. They came out so nice and were here in only a few of days. You mentioned on your website California might take a little longer for shipping, but they were here in about 3 days and that was including the weekend. I will be ordering again when I need more labels. We are canning and these labels were perfect on the jars. We have been looking for labels for canning which we found are very hard to find now and most are very expensive. I LOVE the labels I bought for my parents, who just moved from their home of 40 years to an apartment. Even better, THEY love the labels.
I selected your company because it was easy to find the specific labels I was looking for online.
I found you online with MSN Search – “address labels” – very easy. And once I got there, it was easy/quick getting around. Price was not really so crucial - my TIME is worth more than anything else I have, and I will gladly pay a bit more for ease of ordering.
BTW, I screwed up with the mailing address (since I ordered them BEFORE they moved), and your customer support responded IMMEDIATELY to straighten it out, so the labels were sent to my parents’ OLD address, instead of getting lost in the USPS……groan.

I love the labels! Exactly what I have been looking for.
I put in the first order of the little labels and couldn’t find what I was looking for on other websites, so I put in the second order later.
The second order I needed RIGHT AWAY and shipped priority, the first order didn't matter. I couldn’t believe it when they both arrived in the priority envelope!
Plus you refunded my shipping cost on the first order! I have never had a company do that before. I have been telling everyone I know where to look for these labels! I will be ordering again soon, I go through a lot of labels. I put them on all my products and on all my literature.
